Our products are carefully made in open pans, and cooked slowly over several hours. We source many of our ingredients locally, and where this isn’t possible we use only the best quality from elsewhere. We use no artificial additives and all of our products are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. A truly British product, try them with cold meats and cheeses, pep up your sandwich, or stir into a gravy to add a little zing!
